How to Become a Member

This page will provide you with information about the steps and qualifications necessary for you and your dog to become a registered member and dog team with Therapy Dogs Inc. You may download and print out these forms to bring to the Tester/Observer. Please contact the office of Therapy Dogs Inc. for Tester/Observer contact information for your area. Dogs must be one year of age to be tested and observed.
